Cookies, Analytics & Tracking
By default, we do not set any advertising or tracking cookies requiring consent on our website.
To measure the effectiveness of our advertising and reservation flows we use the following services – only with your consent. On your first visit all marketing and analytics services are disabled and their scripts are not loaded (Google Consent Mode v2, default "denied").
- Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads (conversion tracking) – Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Page views, shortened IP address, device/browser information and events such as "reservation started" and "reservation completed" are recorded to measure our ads.
- Meta Pixel – Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland. Page views and events such as "offer viewed", "reservation started" and "reservation completed" are recorded to measure and optimise ads on Facebook and Instagram. We are jointly responsible with Meta for collection via the pixel (Art. 26 GDPR, facebook.com/legal/controller_addendum).
Data may be transferred to the USA based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which Google and Meta have joined. For bookings via the resmio widget, resmio does not pass personal data (name, contact details) to these services – only the fact that a booking was completed.
Only if you explicitly click "Accept All" in our cookie banner do you consent (pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) to this processing. If you select "Necessary Only", neither Google nor Meta services are loaded.
You can change or revoke your cookie choices at any time with effect for the future by clicking the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer of any page.
Contact & Table Reservations
- Contact by Email or Phone: If you send us a message or call us, we use your information solely to process your request.
- Table Reservations: For online reservations, we forward you to our partner Resmio (resmio GmbH). The data entered there (name, contact details, number of guests) is used solely to carry out your reservation.
Newsletter
You can subscribe to our newsletter via the signup form on our website. It covers menus, pop-ups, events and offers from merk&würdig (Leowolf GmbH) and Stuwer (Stuwer Gastro GmbH). Only your email address is required; you may optionally provide your first and last name and your birthday.
The newsletter is sent via Mailchimp (Intuit Inc., 2700 Coast Avenue, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). Your details are transmitted directly to Mailchimp and stored there; Mailchimp participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Signup uses a double opt-in: you only receive the newsletter after clicking the link in the confirmation email. Mailchimp may record whether a newsletter was opened and which links were clicked.
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 174 TKG 2021). You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email or by contacting us.
Your Rights
